The Challenge
Alloy Builders had 37 years in construction and a rare credential most contractors can't claim: the owners are former building inspectors. But almost none of it showed up online. The site still lived under an old name, alloy323construction.com, with dated design, inconsistent branding, almost no content, and no photos of the owners. Nothing spoke to the 37 years of experience or the former-inspector credentials — exactly the credibility points that should have been front and center.
The Rebrand & New Website
We rebuilt the company under a new brand name and a matching domain, alloy-builders.com, then built a brand kit from scratch around orange, black, and white: bold, industrial, and easy to apply across the site, social, and signage. We rebuilt the website to actually tell their story, 37 years of experience and former-inspector credentials front and center, real photos of the owners, and a clear path for visitors to reach out.
Content, Social & Reputation Management
We took over both Facebook and Instagram and filled in a consistent posting calendar of project showcases, behind-the-scenes content, and brand-aligned creative built on the new visual identity. We also took on management of both the Yelp and Google profiles to keep business information, photos, and responses current — reinforcing the same credibility story the new brand and site are built around. And we set up a brand-new ad account to launch the first paid campaigns.
The Meta Ads Results
In a single month of running ads, Alloy's sales campaigns generated 54 messaging conversations at about $7 each from $380.31 in spend, on top of an already-active organic pipeline. Of the 4 prospects currently at consultation stage, 2 came through paid Meta ads and 2 came through organic content: a healthy split showing both channels are generating real interest, not just impressions.
What This Means for Referred Deals
During this period, Alloy closed 3 deals worth $1.6M in total contract value. The client attributes those deals to outside referral sources — but the consistent content, rebuilt site, and managed online presence were a key part of why those prospects trusted the brand enough to convert.
